The service is designed for runners of all levels. It was developed through interaction and analysis of Olympic level training programs and has been used by Team In Training for first time participants.

The system collects a variety of personal information upon initial login. It then compares this data against the thousands of workouts and records stored in the database to generate a 100% individualized schedule. Even more importantly the training adapts to your fitness. As you enter training log details and run/time trial results, your paces, progression and variance will adapt to your fitness level. Sounds high-tech? It is, but it doesn’t appear
that way.

The site is user-friendly and easy to access for anyone who can navigate the Internet.
