interaction and analysis of Olympic level training programs and has
been used by Team In Training for first time participants.
The system collects a variety of personal
information upon initial login. It then compares this data against the
thousands of workouts and records stored in the database to generate a
100% individualized schedule. Even more importantly the training adapts
to your fitness. As you enter training log details and run/time trial
results, your paces, progression and variance will adapt to your
fitness level. Sounds high-tech? It is, but it doesn’t appear
that way.
